The International Medical School is a unique-regional collaborative effort between Gokula Education Foundation (Medical) and the Management and Science University (MSU) towards the offering of the MSU's MBBS programme at M.S. Ramaiah Campus, Gokula, Bangalore, India.

Management and Science University (MSU) is Malaysia first private-specialised university that provides areas of studies which are highly focused towards the Health Sciences, Information Sciences & Engineering and Business & Management disciplines. Its genesis could be traced as far back as a decade ago through the growth and success of the PTPL Group of Colleges. To date, the university and college have produced over 10,000 graduates and over 90% of them have begun their professional career within the first six months upon graduation. The IMS is the sixth school under the MSU flagship and the MBBS programme offered is another extension of MSU's strong focus in the Health Sciences disciplines. Much of the success of MSU's graduates is attributed to its comprehensive and pragmatic approach in the building of its curriculum. Its industry relevant courses and sensitivity to current trends have led to its graduates being sought after by many private or public entities.
